ME9.6, Saab V6 ECU repair service + anti vibratie kit

At KM-tronics we offer since 2023 the ME9.6 (E55 ECU, or also known as the Saab 93NG V6 ECU) repair service. We are rather proud of this service as even Bosch avoids repairing this units due to their inherent difficulties such as gold traces, silver components and dye and wirebond structure. Besides having a easily destroyed ceramic pcb and very fragile components we are able  to repair this units for the following fault codes:

Injector related fault codes - P0201 up to P0206
Barometric sensor related fault codes - P2228
No communication errors - U2105
Sometimes we're also able to restore power to components after this has been wrecked due to a bad battery.

We are also able to provide a 1:1 clone for this ECU.

We replace defect IC's in the ME9.6 and afterwards we seal it with a pink solution so that the ME9 is capable to go for a few more rounds. The seal we use for the ME9.6 is comparable to the OEM sealing but due to its pink color its not 1500 euro per bottle of 100ML but about 50 euro which allows us to keep the price alot more sensible as the gold price is already making sure to increase the repair prices on these units alot.

You can recognize our ME9's by their new backlid which is a slightly raised waffle pattern (added for strenght) and a slightly higher rated plastic. So that the backlid also stays strong and sturdy in the most hot places on earth like Dubai. Our backlid is able to take up to 25 degrees celsius more heath before it starts to melt than the original backlid is.

Besides that we also offer all our repaired ME9.6's with an anti vibration kit. As vibration, not heat is the silent killer of this ECU. The reason why vibration is the killer and not heat is due to the silicon heat absorbant material, the ceramic pcb and several other gold plates components to reduce internal heat to a minimum. It is very common to see the pcb sitting at around 40 - 50 degrees celsius while the outside of the ECU itself sits at over 100 degrees celsius. Therefore shielding from the heat is not neccessary. We offer all our ME9's with a warranty of 1 year IF all the warranty terms are met and the anti vibration kit has been installed. The warranty starts from the invoice date.

Pay attention fault code P0443 or P0445 do not fall under the warranty as they are caused by either a cable defect shorting out the ECU, or by a bad EVAP, replace or verify that this item and the entire cable tree is still in good condition, any molten clumps of wiring need to be restored before mounting the repaired ECU.
